CLINICAL TRIALS

Talapro-3

Talapro 3

Have you been diagnosed with metastatic castration-sensitive prostate cancer? Do you have a DNA Damage Repair (DDR) gene alteration? You may be eligible to take part in a clinical trial studying a potential treatment for this type of cancer. The TALAPRO-3 trial is evaluating whether talazoparib (the study drug) when taken with enzalutamide, an existing approved treatment for metastatic prostate cancer, can help keep tumors under control for longer than enzalutamide taken with placebo (an inactive medication). The trial will also explore the safety of this drug combination.

SPLASH

Do you have metastatic Castration-Resistant Prostate Cancer (mCRPC)? Are you ineligible or electing not to receive treatment with chemotherapy? If so, then you may be eligible for the SPLASH clinical trial. This trial is for patients who have progressed following treatment with androgen receptor axis-targeted therapy (ARAT) and who haven’t yet received chemotherapy. The SPLASH trial is now enrolling to evaluate if [Lu-177]-PNT2002, a radioligand therapy (RLT), is a safe and effective option to slow down the progression of mCPRC. More information about the trial is available on the website.
