The ZERO Prostate Cancer Advocacy Summit is the biggest and most impactful meeting in the movement to end prostate cancer. Held annually in Washington, D.C., it is all about fighting for change for the prostate cancer community.In 2025, all Summit attendees will spend Monday in education and advocacy training sessions that will fully prepare them to spend Tuesday on Capitol Hill, sharing their stories with elected officials to change prostate cancer policy.If you have questions about the Summit, email summit@zerocancer.org to connect with a ZERO staff member. What is the cost to register for the 2025 Summit? In-person registration is $60. This includes attendance, materials, breakfast on Monday and Tuesday, and lunch on Monday throughout the event. The registration fee does not include airfare or hotel room. Where should I stay? Is there a discounted rate for a local hotel? Yes! ZERO has reserved a block of discounted rooms for attendees to stay on-site at the venue where the Summit will be hosted. The 2025 ZERO Prostate Cancer Summit will be held at the Hilton Washington DC Capitol Hill, in the heart of our nation’s capital. Attendees can use this discounted rate by using this special link to reserve a room at the Hilton Washington DC Capitol Hill no later than February 3, 2025 (or until all available rooms in the block have been reserved). To reserve your room, you must provide a credit card number to hold your place, but payment will not be charged until you arrive at the hotel. We recognize that choosing to share your story on behalf of prostate cancer patients across the country can be a costly endeavor. ZERO staff is available to help attendees find ways to help resource their trip. What precautions are in place to prevent the spread of COVID-19? All Summit attendees are strongly encouraged to vaccinate against COVID-19 and other infectious diseases. ZERO complies with all state and local mitigation guidance and directives from the CDC to reduce the spread of COVID-19. Participants agree to comply with these preventative measures and any additional health and safety guidelines that may be required, including those of any conference venue. Everyone attending the Summit is welcome to attend the Bold for Blue Awards. Volunteer leaders and top fundraisers are recognized and rewarded for impacting ZERO's mission. This event is a celebration, and we encourage you to wear blue for the cause and add to the festivities. You won’t want to miss it!The Impact Award honors changemakers in prostate cancer and is selected by ZERO’s Board of Directors. The nominating period closes on November 1.
