Caregivers already face a baseline of isolation and loneliness — feelings that can be increased during self-isolation or self-quarantine. ZERO’s newest program, Caregiver Connector, is here to help caregivers in all that they go through. This new, peer-to-peer support program serves all those who are currently caring for men with prostate cancer, as well as those who have lost their loved ones due to this disease. ZERO’s Caregiver Mentors have cared for their brothers, fathers, husbands, sons, partners, grandfathers, friends, and neighbors and are trained to support you. Caregiver Mentors can offer their experiences and insights to help caregivers care for themselves and their loved ones. For more information, please reach out to Kate Gibbons, Patient Programs Manager, at 202-303-3126.
