Sustaining Hope, Funding Progress

First, thank you for your willingness to consider ZERO Prostate Cancer in your estate plans.

At ZERO, we believe that a legacy is more than what we leave behind—it’s the lives we touch, the  dreams we make possible, and the impact that endures for generations. In doing so, you become part of a visionary group of individuals who are shaping the future towards zero deaths from prostate cancer and comprehensive support for patients and families.

The Legacy Society was created to thank, honor, and celebrate those who have made this extraordinary commitment. As a member, you will join a community of like-minded individuals who share a passion for the mission, ensuring that our work continues long into the future building off the investments and care you’ve already made.

Your generosity today paves the way for a more successful tomorrow. We invite you to join others and let your legacy be solidified in the impact we will be able to continue to make.

Create a Meaningful Bequest

With the assistance of an advisor, you can include specific language in your will or trust to designate a gift to your family, friends, or ZERO Prostate Cancer as part of your estate plan. To help you, here's sample bequest language for a will, codicil, or revocable living trust:

I give (legal description of property, specific dollar amount, desired percentage, or the rest, residue, and remainder of my estate) to:

ZERO Prostate Cancer, a not-for-profit organization 501(c)(3)
201 N. Union St., Mailbox 110
Alexandria, VA 22314
EIN: 59-3400922

You can make a bequest in various ways:

  • Gift a specific dollar amount or asset
  • Gift a percentage of your estate
  • Gift from the balance or residue of your estate
  • Make a beneficiary designation of certain assets

If you have already included a gift to ZERO Prostate Cancer in your will or trust, thank you!

To designate ZERO Prostate Cancer as the charitable beneficiary of an IRA, life insurance policy, or a donor-advised fund (DAF), simply provide the following information to your plan administrator:

Legal name: ZERO Prostate Cancer
Address: 201 N. Union St., Mailbox 110, Alexandria, VA 22314
Federal Tax ID: 59-3400922

I support ZERO because I know what it's like to be told you have prostate cancer, not once but twice. I'm happy to help others facing a similar diagnosis.
