Originally from Austin, TX, Michelle is ZERO's newest Development team member and is extremely excited to support the organization as the Development Assistant. She currently resides in sunny Los Angeles, CA and graduated from the University of Southern California with a bachelors in Communication, complemented by minors in Cinematic Arts and Theatre. 

In the past, she’s worn many hats, contributing to various nonprofit organizations and cultivating a diverse skill set. Her roles have included being a Graphic Design Intern at the Asian Pacific Islander Forward Movement, a Sponsorship Intern at Film Independent, a Musical Theatre Instructor and Community Outreach Coordinator at the Red Roses Creative Enrichment Program, a Data Consultant at Anthos l Home, and a multi-faceted presence at The Contemporary Austin, where she served as an Executive Assistant, Temporary Development Coordinator, and Development Project Coordinator.

She was drawn to ZERO because of the culture, community, and cause.
