Job Summary We are seeking a skilled Digital Marketing Director to develop, implement, and oversee our digital marketing strategies and execution focusing on website management, email marketing, and data analytics. Agency Management:Under the direction of the VP of Marketing, lead project management of agency support across website, and direct email marketing to ensure effective strategic execution to drive brand objectives and results. QualificationsBachelor’s degree in Marketing or a related field.A minimum of 8-10 years of experience in digital marketing, with a focus on website management, email marketing, and data analytics.A minimum of 5-8 years of experience managing agencies supporting digital, web, and direct marketing efforts.Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms, including content management systems (CMS), email marketing software, and analytics tools.Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.Excellent communication, organizational, and project management skills.Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment. Preferred QualificationsStrong experience with marketing automation platforms and customer relationship management (CRM) systems.Expertise in SEO/SEM strategies and best practices.Creative mindset with a keen eye for detail and design.Certifications in digital marketing or related areas are a plus.
