In 2021, ZERO is rolling out the virtual “blue” carpet at the Bold for Blue Award Ceremony to celebrate the outstanding individuals and teams who have made a bold impact in the fight against prostate cancer. The award ceremony will be held during the 2021 Virtual
ZERO Summit.

Impact Awards: ZERO’s Newest Honor

In 2020, ZERO celebrated more than 25 Bold for Blue Award winners during the awards ceremony, plus Legacy Award Winners. Click here to see photos of 2020’s most impactful champions in the fight against prostate cancer. In the third year of the Bold for Blue Awards, ZERO will again honor three individuals who have gone above and beyond in their local communities to end prostate cancer with the Impact Awards, which was first introduced in 2020.

The first-ever Impact Award winners were:

  • Dr. Randy Kam of Bakersfield, CA (pictured here), is a Stage IV prostate cancer patient who has run more than 150 marathons wearing a bib that draws attention to prostate cancer awareness;
  • Stan Rosenfeld of Marin, CA, has spent two decades leading a support group for men with prostate cancer, ultimately changing the lives of more than  1,500 men; and,
  • Joseph Musumeci of Woolwich Township, NJ, who also leads a support group that encourages men to open up and share about their disease experiences.
