What will I do, and how long will it take? If you choose to join, you will answer one online survey asking about your health history, care experiences, healthcare barriers, and basic background information. It takes about 20 minutes to finish. Is my information private and anonymous? Yes. This survey is completely private and anonymous. We do not ask for your name, phone number, or computer IP address. No one can link your answers back to you. At the end of the survey, you can choose to provide your email address for future studies.
