Before joining ZERO Prostate Cancer, Kramer was the Managing Director at Carter Philanthropy in Miami, FL, where he spearheaded transformative initiatives and boosted revenue for diverse organizations. He also served as the Chief Executive Officer of the Diabetes Research Institute Foundation, where he achieved a remarkable 100% revenue increase during the pandemic, securing more than $16 million in funding.During his tenure as the Senior Vice President and Chief Development Officer at the Parkinson's Foundation, Kramer played a pivotal role in driving revenue growth and implementing diverse fundraising strategies, elevating revenue to over $40 million within two years.
