Kramer brings a wealth of experience and expertise in nonprofit development strategy, with past leadership roles at Carter Philanthropy, Diabetes Research Institute Foundation, Parkinson’s Foundation, American Cancer Society, and the American Red Cross.

With a distinguished track record in philanthropy and organizational growth, Kramer has demonstrated exemplary leadership in various roles throughout his career. During his tenure as the Senior Vice President and Chief Development Officer at the Parkinson's Foundation, Kramer played a pivotal role in driving revenue growth and implementing diverse fundraising strategies, elevating revenue to over $40 million within two years. Through data-driven strategies, Kramer also led the establishment of a robust major giving program while effectively communicating the organization's impactful work.

He will oversee all aspects of fundraising and development, including corporate partnerships, donor relations, major gifts, peer-to-peer fundraising, and new revenue streams. He will collaborate with stakeholders, including ZERO’s Board of Directors and fellow team members, to develop and implement fundraising at new levels to propel organizational growth.

"I am honored to join ZERO Prostate Cancer and be a part of such a dedicated team committed to ending prostate cancer," said Sean Kramer.
