With a proven track record of developing strategic engagement plans, Zaneta excels at connecting people to causes they're passionate about while enhancing volunteer experiences both in-person and virtually.Prior to ZERO, Zaneta spent eight years as Community Volunteer Manager for Girl Scouts of Greater Atlanta, where she created and adapted volunteerism programs supporting over 26,000 girls in youth development initiatives. She also served as Volunteer Coordinator for Partnership Against Domestic Violence, further developing her expertise in volunteer recruitment, training, and retention.At ZERO, Zaneta leads efforts to attract and maintain a diverse pool of volunteers committed to the organization's mission. Her comprehensive approach to volunteer management ensures meaningful engagement opportunities that advance ZERO's work in prostate cancer awareness, research, and advocacy.Zaneta holds a Bachelor of Science in Psychology, a Master of Public Administration, and a Certificate of Nonprofit Volunteer Management from the Georgia Center for Nonprofits.
