Throughout her career, Victoria has demonstrated a proven track record of creating and implementing effective fundraising strategies, leading to hundreds of millions of dollars raised for national healthcare organizations.Most recently, Victoria spent five years at Susan G. Komen, where she served in various leadership roles, including National Director of Race and Walk and National Director of Field Revenue Strategy. During her tenure, she led teams and programs that raised over $150 million, contributing to the success of the organization's signature fundraising campaigns. Victoria's cross-functional collaboration and expertise helped elevate the Race for the Cure and MORE THAN PINK Walk Series in the US Top 30 Peer to Peer program ranking.Prior to her time at Komen, Victoria held executive director positions at the Muscular Dystrophy Association and the March of Dimes Foundation in Central Florida. She also gained valuable experience working in the field at the American Heart Association and the American Lung Association.Victoria's passion for ending prostate cancer stems from her personal connection to the cause, having lost her grandfather to the disease. She is committed to raising awareness and funding for prostate cancer research, as she believes more needs to be done to address the significant impact of this cancer, which affects one in eight men.Victoria holds a Master of Arts in Nonprofit Management and a Bachelor of Science in Health Services Administration from the University of Central Florida.
