With a personal connection to the cause through her brother's prostate cancer journey, Deb is deeply committed to ZERO's mission of ending the disease.Prior to joining ZERO, Deb served as Director of Philanthropy at Wake Up Narcolepsy, where she excelled in creating new programming and significantly increasing sponsorship revenue through innovative fundraising initiatives. Her impressive career includes roles as National Director of Development at NephCure Kidney International, Major Gift Officer at the American Red Cross, and Executive Director at the March of Dimes.Deb's expertise in peer-to-peer fundraising events allows her to forge meaningful connections with donors, sponsors, volunteers, and most importantly, the patient community. Her passion for development and community engagement has consistently driven successful outcomes throughout her career.A proud resident of Palm Bay, Florida, Deb attended Alvernia College and maintains strong ties to her Irish heritage through active involvement in cultural organizations that support local causes. When not working to advance ZERO's mission, she enjoys spending quality time with her husband Tim and their beloved lab, Mia, pursuing activities such as hiking, gardening, and beach walks. As part of a large family, Deb treasures visits with her eight children and grandchildren who are located across the country.
