Prostate cancer testing near you
Access to prostate cancer screening saves lives. To help men across the country find testing near them, we have compiled a national database of prostate cancer screening sites. These sites have indicated that they provide some free or low-cost prostate cancer testing during the year.
To use this tool, click on a site on the map below. Providers of free services will appear. Contact them to find out when you can have a free prostate cancer test. However, be aware that testing dates and times will differ based on the provider’s availability.
If you are a service provider offering free prostate cancer testing or know of a free testing program, please contact Colony Brown at colony@zerocancer.org with details. We regularly update this database and appreciate your feedback!

If your search is coming up empty, try these tips:
- Contact your state or local prostate cancer coalition
- Set a google alert for “free prostate cancer testing”
- Many free prostate cancer screenings take place annually in the fall, in September or October. Contact the hospitals and community organizations that have them and ask to be put on an email list to be notified when they decide on a date for screenings.
- Some hospitals and clinics offer reduced pricing, financial services, or payment on a sliding scale. When calling your doctor or urologist to set up an appointment, mention beforehand that you are unable to pay and ask for a free test or discount.
