Eating less meat and exercising regularly can reduce your prostate cancer risk

Diet and Exercise factor into a lot of aspects of people's everyday lives, and they can also have an effect on someone's risk of being diagnosed with prostate cancer. Studies have shown that eating less red meat and eating more soy have shown favorable results for reducing prostate cancer risk. Some studies have also shown that walking one to three hours a week can lower the risk of aggressive prostate cancer by 86%.
