Don’t let transportation issues be a barrier to getting the treatment you need.
ZERO Drive provides transportation-related financial assistance to prostate cancer patients in select states who are currently undergoing treatment, receiving follow-up care, or attending ongoing provider appointments due to a prostate cancer diagnosis.
How does ZERO Drive work?
ZERO Drive exists to help men beat prostate cancer without having to worry about being able to get to and from appointments.
If you meet eligibility requirements, you may apply for a $300 debit card that can be used for transportation-related expenses such as gas, public transportation, taxis, Uber, Lyft, other ride companies, and airlines.
Am I eligible?
ZERO Drive has only a few eligibility requirements. Eligible patients must: reside in South Carolina, be a U.S. resident or legal resident, have a prostate cancer diagnosis, and be actively receiving treatment or care within the U.S.
How do I apply?
- Call ZERO Drive at 1-844-244-1309, extension 3, Monday through Friday between the hours of 8:30 a.m. – 5 p.m. ET.
- Visit the online portal, which is available 24 hours a day.
Having your doctor’s contact information (name, address, practice name, phone number, fax number) with you will help expedite this process.
Note: Due to funding limitations, applications at this time are only being accepted for the state of South Carolina.
What if funding isn’t available in my state?
Transportation assistance is only available for eligible prostate cancer patients in South Carolina.
If you do not live in this state, we encourage you to contact our ZERO360 patient support program. ZERO360 is a free, comprehensive patient support service to help patients and their families.
