Maia VanDyke, M.D., is an Assistant Professor in the Department of Urology at UT Southwestern Medical Center. She specializes in urologic trauma, prosthetics, and reconstructive genitourinary surgery.

She earned her medical degree at UT Southwestern, where she was awarded the John D. McConnell Award for Excellence in urology, and remained in Dallas to complete her residency in urology under the chairmanship of Dr. Claus Roehrborn. She then completed a one-year fellowship under the mentorship of Dr. Allen Morey and Dr. Steve Hudak, honing her skills in the area of urologic trauma, prosthetics, and reconstruction before joining the faculty in 2023.

Dr. VanDyke has served on the Sexual Medicine Society of North America (SMSNA) Fellowship program committee, and is a member of the Society of Genitourinary Reconstructive Surgeons (GURS), the American Urological Association (AUA), the Society of Women in Urology (SWIU), and SMSNA. She has delivered multiple regional and national presentations, and published numerous academic articles during the course of her training.
