David Moffett David Moffett a man of great faith, devoted husband, father, and grandfather, and United States Marine Combat Veteran. David has intentionally impacted the lives of many men and their support systems throughout his Prostate Cancer Survivor testimony and journey. He has been cancer free for 3 years. During his journey as a Prostate Cancer survivor and advocate, he has started D-Moff, Prostate Cancer Support Group for 50+ men, and leads ZERO's in-person Black/Brown Men's Support Group in Atlanta. His “real talk” approach has allowed both groups to have a “safe space” that encourages them to advocate for themselves, seek connection instead of isolation, and discuss how this terrible disease has impacted them spiritually, mentally, and physically.
