Rucaparib, A PARP Inhibitor For The Treatment of Metastatic Castration-Resistant Prostate Cancer (mCRPC)

Lead author of the TRITON-2 study, Wassim Abida joins Charles Ryan to talk about the recent approval of rucaparib, the first PARP Inhibitor approved for men with metastatic castration-resistant prostate cancer (mCRPC) and a deleterious BRCA mutation. This approval was based on findings from the TRITON-2 study, rucaparib for post-chemotherapy mCRPC patients who have previously received one AR-targeted drug.
