Genetic Alterations May Contribute to Greater Prostate Cancer Incidence and Mortality Among African American Men

Prostate cancer tumors from African American men had higher frequencies of certain genetic alterations that may be associated with aggressive disease, compared with prostate cancer tumors from white men, according to results from a study published in Molecular Cancer Researcha journal of the American Association for Cancer Research.
