Bethesda Health Clinic has received a $33,000 grant from ZERO Prostate Cancer Run/Walk-Tyler. The grant will fund prostate cancer care, education and awareness, and free prostate specific antigen (PSA) screenings.
This is the third time Bethesda has received this grant. Last year the grant helped provide one patient with radiation treatment and surgery, offered free PSA screenings at various events and provided critical medical testing. To date, Bethesda has received more than $110,000 from the grant for prostate treatment and awareness.
