When I found out I had prostate cancer I was absolutely terrified. I was going through the whole range of depression, anger, hopelessness and it was a tough period. I decided to use my social media to tell my story. I want to be informative and help someone else that may go through this if I can.

We volunteer for ZERO because we believe in ZERO's Mission. We love to give back our time to causes we are invested in," Jeff stated. "His message is simple and that is to get men talking" said Tammy. She continued, "We love to help others, it is the love of what we do, and I believe in all that ZERO is and does. I do all I can to help Caregivers navigate what their loved ones are going through and help them love not only their spouses/significant others but also not to lose sight of self care to continue the fight!
