Riley was introduced to ZERO through our current Mid-Atlantic Chapter Director, Caitlin Murphy. The Events Team was looking for an assistant and Riley was happy to help. After what was supposed to be a two-week job, we realized she was an essential part of the Events department, so we officially added her to the ZERO team a few months later!
Riley has always had a heart for helping others. While finishing her degree in social work at Ball State she worked in the patient care field, and after graduation continued serving patients as a patient care representative.
Riley is passionate about ending prostate cancer because no one should have to suffer from such a disease. The ZERO team works tirelessly to provide support for our Heroes and their families, to fundraise for research and resources for patients, and towards the goal of a generation of men free of prostate cancer.
During her down time, she loves being a tourist in her own city and spending time with her 2-year old, a sweet chocolate lab/pointer named Bowser. She also loves reading, so if you can find a rockstar’s memoir she hasn’t read yet, or want to discuss one of ZERO’s upcoming events, email her at firstname.lastname@example.org.
