I am so thankful for my experience at this year’s #ZEROSummit2017, and to ZERO for allowing me the opportunity to join other advocates from across the country! At the Summit I had the chance to let my voice be heard about how crucial the need for more education and funding for prostate cancer is.
As a stage IV cancer survivor, meeting others at the Summit gave me hope that maybe one day I, too, can be cured – the passion that I felt was like none I have ever seen or been associated with before. There is strength in numbers, and I learned so much at the Summit that I can share with our survivors in Kansas City!
I am grateful to ZERO for making this possible and cannot wait for next year’s Summit. Thank you to ZERO and all of my fellow advocates for all that you do!
